Scenario #5 Demotion Line (multi 4player battle)

The Demolition Line

Someone’s uncovered a chain of long-buried mining charges—active, unstable, and valuable. The Promethium Guild wants them salvaged. The Iron Guild wants them destroyed. And now four gangs are on-site… none of them knowing who’s working for whom.

BATTLEFIELD TYPE
This scenario is an Underhive battle; vehicles and wargear that grant the Mounted condition cannot be included in any gang’s starting crew.

BATTLEFIELD
Long rectangular map (4x6 recommended). Place six Bomb Objective Tokens in a line down the center of the long direction, spaced 8-10" apart roughly .

CREWS
Custom Selection (6 fighters per gang).

TACTICS CARDS
1 each random.

DEPLOYMENT
Each gang deploys within 6" of one board corner (4 total, one gang per corner).

Before deployment, each gang secretly chooses their objective:
Salvage (collect bombs) or Detonate (detonate them). Reveal only when action is taken.

ENDING THE BATTLE
The battle ends at the end of Round 6 or when all six bombs are resolved (either salvaged or detonated).

VICTORY
The gang that successfully completes the most total bomb actions (salvage or detonate) is the winner.

REWARDS

SPECIAL EFFECT
Each bomb salvaged = d6x5 credits and the gang gets one Demo Charges to add to their stash. Salvaging a bomb is a Simple Action. The ganger that completes this action should have the bomb marker placed with him until the end of the battle. Should be be taken out of action, the bomb marker returns to play on the board. 

Each bomb detonated = 2d6x10 credits. Detonating a bomb is a Simple Action that requires an Int check. If successful, the bomb will detonate at the beginning of the next round before any Actions have been taken but after Priority roll. 


An exploding bomb causes a S6/AP-1 blast using the 5" template to any models within range. 


CREDITS
Winning gang gains an additional 2D6x10 credits from their sponsoring Guild faction.

EXPERIENCE
+1 XP for taking part.
+1 XP per bomb resolved by the individual ganger who either salvages or detonates a bomb. 
+1 XP to each fighter still Standing at the end of the battle.


REPUTATION
+2 for winning. -1 for losing (cannot drop below 1).
+1 to all gangs who resolved at least one bomb objective.
