Imperial Proclamation – House Helmawr Decree

By order of Lord Gerontius Helmawr, two Palanite Enforcer Captains—Aramis Scunai and the anonymous officer designated NF-081—are declared heretics under official Sanctioning Writs. Each is to be treated as a separate fugitive and traitor to the Spire.

A full credits-value bounty is offered per individual for their live capture and delivery to approved Helmawr authorities uphive.

This decree bears the seal of House Helmawr and carries the weight of noble law.
